These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 999aq ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the 999aq website, mobile platform and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing. These Terms apply to all registered accounts and all activity conducted through the 999aq platform by players based in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.

999aq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address. Continued use of the 999aq platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through customer support.

Key Terms at a Glance

The following six areas summarise the most important obligations and protections under these Terms. Full details appear in the numbered clauses below.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for all gaming and betting activity on 999aq. No exceptions are made.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) and must be the sole owner and operator of the registered account.
• You must not be accessing 999aq from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion agreement in place with 999aq. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact support before attempting to re-register.
• You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration and during any KYC verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure without return of funds.

During KYC verification, 999aq may request the following documentation. All documents must be current, legible and submitted in the format specified by the support team:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport or driving licence) confirming your full legal name, date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — for bKash and Nagad this may include a screenshot of the registered wallet confirming the mobile number matches the registered account.
• Source of funds documentation may be requested for accounts with high-volume transaction activity, in line with standard financial due-diligence requirements.
• 999aq reserves the right to suspend any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC. During a suspension, existing balances are ring-fenced and held securely until verification is resolved.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on 999aq:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 999aq, although individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 999aq account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999aq does not currently support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.
• 999aq reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control and is not an indication of account suspension.
• Winnings derived from free bets or bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the full rollover condition is met.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover condition) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, assigned or sold to another player. Attempting to transfer bonus funds between accounts is a prohibited activity and may result in account closure.
• 999aq reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such withdrawal does not prejudice the position of any player who has already accepted and acted upon an existing offer in good faith.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions (for example Eid bonus offers, Pohela Boishakh promotions, IPL season free spin campaigns) are time-limited. Once the promotion period expires, no new claims will be accepted even if the player's account qualified during the promotional window.
• 999aq may apply bonus abuse detection systems. If a player is found to be exploiting bonus mechanics through arbitrage, matched betting strategies or coordinated multi-account play, 999aq reserves the right to void affected winnings and close the account.

• Registering more than one account, whether using different contact details, device identities or payment methods, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market available on 999aq.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any proceeds that violate applicable law. 999aq has a zero-tolerance AML policy and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event. Collusion includes sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating live casino wagers and any form of match-fixing involvement.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing customer support staff, other players or any representative of 999aq through any communication channel. 999aq may record support interactions for quality and compliance purposes.

• 999aq does not warrant that the platform will operate free from interruptions, errors, viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible through the platform's notification system.
• 999aq is not responsible for any loss arising from delays, failures or errors by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket or any bank transfer service. Once a withdrawal has been approved by 999aq, responsibility for the onward transfer passes to the relevant payment provider.
• Game results on 999aq are determined by certified RNG systems (for electronic games) or live studio operations (for live dealer games). In the event of a verified technical malfunction that materially affects a game outcome, 999aq reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.
